West Indies tour of India 2013 will start on Wednesday , November 6 , 2013 in India as per cricket schedule announced. India tour of South Africa 2013-14 will start on Thursday , November 21 , 2013 in South Africa as per cricket schedule announced. The Indian Cricket Team is the national cricket team of India. The cricket introduced in this nation by European merchant sailors in the 18th century. The first club was made in 1972. They played their first series against the Australia. Australia won the five-match series, 4–0. Sir Donald Bradman was the captain of the Australian Cricket Team. At that time they were the sixth team to played test match. India won their first Test victory , in their 24th match , against England at Madras. It was their home ground. They won their first Test series , which was against Pakistan. The inventory of One Day International cricket in 1971 created a new dimension in the cricket world. They have very good record in the cricket. They have a very great team of test as well as One Day Internationals. They won the Cricket World Cup in 1983 under Kapil Dev against West Indies , was runner-up in 2003 under Sourav Ganguly against the Australia and won the World Cup a second time in 2011 under Mahendra Singh Dhoni against the Sri Lanka. They also won a T20 World Cup under the captaincy of Mahendra Singh Dhoni against the Pakistan. It was the first T20 World Cup was held in the South Africa. It was a very great achievement for the Indian Nation. The Indian cricket team is currently ranked in the third by the ICC in Tests , first in One Day Internationals and third in T20Is. Currently , Mahendra Singh Dhoni is the captain in all forms of the game. He is a very great captain. Sachin Tendulkar is a former captain of the Indian team. He is the leading run scorer in Test and as well as in the One Day Internationals. He is called Master Blaster in the Cricket World. Recently they won the ICC Champion Trophy under the MS Dhoni. MS Dhoni is the Only captain who wins the three different events of the ICC.
